Faucet Repair & Replacement
A drip, a loose control, visible water, or a planned change is enough reason to call. Describe what you see at the sink faucet, and leave the diagnosis and repair work to the service visit.

- Repair an active faucet problem
- Plan a faucet replacement
- Discuss sink-faucet changes without guessing at the cause
When to call
Start with the fixture and the change.
Similar symptoms can come from different conditions. These cues help organize the conversation while leaving diagnosis to the onsite evaluation.
A faucet will not stop dripping
Note whether the drip is steady or occasional and which faucet is affected. The visible symptom is useful; the cause still needs to be assessed.
Water appears around the faucet or sink
Stop using the fixture if water is spreading. Tell Tiger where the water first became visible without taking the faucet or sink connection apart.
The handle, spout, or spray has changed
A loose handle, difficult movement, or changed spray pattern can start a service conversation without forcing the fixture or guessing at a failed part.
You are planning a different faucet
Replacement may begin with fit, condition, and how the sink is used. Have the existing setup available to describe, but wait for the service conversation before assuming compatibility.
Repair or replacement
Two conversations, one useful starting point.
Repair
Understand the current problem.
When you want to keep the existing faucet, Tiger can assess its condition and explain the available next steps. A symptom alone does not establish which part or connection needs attention.
Replacement
Review the existing setup first.
If you are planning a different faucet, the sink configuration and current connections belong in the conversation. Do not assume a product will fit solely from its packaging or appearance.
Helpful when you call
A short description is enough.
You do not need to remove parts, identify a model, or diagnose the Plumbing before contacting Tiger.
- Which kitchen, bathroom, or utility sink faucet is affected
- What changed and when you first noticed it
- Whether water is contained or spreading beyond the fixture
- Whether you are considering repair, replacement, or need help deciding
If water is escaping
Contain what you safely can. Do not force the fixture.
The priority is limiting avoidable use and staying clear of an electrical hazard—not taking the faucet apart.
- Stop using the affected faucet or sink if water is spreading beyond the fixture.
- Use an accessible fixture shutoff only if the area is dry, you already know which control it is, and it turns without force.
- If water is near an outlet, appliance, wiring, or electrical panel, stay clear of the area and address the electrical danger before plumbing service.
Do not disassemble the faucet, loosen supply connections, or use tools on a stuck shutoff. Call Tiger and describe what is happening.
The service conversation
Observe. Assess. Choose a next step.
Describe
Share the fixture location, the change you noticed, and whether water is currently contained.
Assess
The existing faucet, sink area, and connections need to be viewed together before a repair or replacement path is recommended.
Review
Ask questions about the findings and the available path before you decide how to proceed.
Faucet service
Tell Tiger what changed at the sink.
Begin with the room, the faucet, and the visible change. That is enough to start the conversation.
