This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to:

- phone calls, text messages, emails, and other communications with us;
- service visits, estimates, installations, and repairs;
- the Tiger Cub Club membership program; and

It does not apply to websites or services run by other companies, including our financing partner, review platforms such as Google, and social media sites. Those companies have their own privacy policies.
If you have questions about any of these practices, contact us using the details in Section 13.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
Contact and service details. When you request service, ask for an estimate, call or text us, or enroll in a membership, we collect your name, service address, phone number, email address, and details about your home’s plumbing, heating, cooling, or water treatment equipment and the problem you want solved. You may also send us photos or descriptions of the issue.
Payment information. If you pay us by card or bank transfer (ACH), your payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We keep a record of the transaction but do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Membership enrollment. If you join the Tiger Cub Club, we collect the plan you chose, your billing frequency, and the payment method you authorize for recurring charges.
Communications. We keep records of the calls, texts, emails, and messages you exchange with us, including recordings and transcripts of phone calls (see Section 3).
Feedback and reviews. If you respond to a survey or leave a review, we keep what you share.
Nominations. If you nominate someone for one of our community projects, we collect what you tell us about yourself and the person you nominate, such as names, contact details, city or ZIP code, and why you are nominating them.
Job applications. If you apply for a position with us, we collect the information in your application and resume. See our separate Careers & Applicant Privacy Notice for details.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit callthetiger.com, we and the third-party tools we use collect technical information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the pages you view, the links you click, how you arrived at our site, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4). We also record how you move through our pages, such as clicks, taps, scrolling, and mouse movements (see Section 4).
Information from other sources
- Service and scheduling records created in our field-service software when you book with us or when a technician documents work at your home, including photos of the equipment and work areas.
- Financing partner. If you apply for financing through our financing partner, they may tell us whether your application was approved and the amount approved so we can complete your project. We do not receive your credit report or Social Security number.
- Utilities and manufacturers. If we file a rebate or register a warranty for you, the program may confirm status information back to us.
- Public sources and referral partners, such as review platforms and advertising partners that tell us how you found us.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your requests, schedule and perform service, and send appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, and follow-ups;
- prepare estimates and invoices, process payments, and administer financing referrals;
- enroll you in and administer the Tiger Cub Club, including recurring billing, seasonal service reminders, and renewal notices;
- honor warranties, file rebate and warranty paperwork you authorize, and obtain permits required for your project;
- send marketing emails about seasonal specials, maintenance reminders, and new services (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- ask for feedback or a review after we complete work;

We do not use personal information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
3. Phone calls, recordings, and AI-assisted communications
Calls to and from Tiger may be recorded and monitored for quality, training, accuracy of your service record, and dispute resolution. Minnesota permits recording with the consent of one party to the call; we tell callers when a call may be recorded.
We may use artificial-intelligence tools to answer or route phone calls, transcribe calls and voicemails, draft responses, and summarize conversations. When you interact with an automated assistant, we will let you know, and you can ask to speak with a person at any time. The information you share with an automated assistant is handled under this policy.
5. Text messaging (SMS/MMS) privacy
This section applies if you opt in to receive text messages from us. Our Messaging Terms & Conditions contain the full program terms.
- What you’ll receive. Service-related texts such as appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates, follow-ups, membership notices, and billing or account notifications. We send promotional texts only if you separately agree to receive them.
- How we use your number. We use your mobile number only for the message types you chose and to answer your questions.
- No sharing for marketing. We do not sell your mobile number or share your text-messaging opt-in information with any third party for that party’s marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are shared only with the vendors that help us send messages, and only for that purpose.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts (see the Messaging Terms for other accepted opt-out words). Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (952) 942-5748 or mail@callthetiger.com.
- Records. We keep proof of your consent, your opt-out requests, and copies of the messages we sent, so we can run the program and demonstrate compliance.
7. Your choices and rights
Marketing emails. Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email or contact us. We will still send transactional messages such as appointment confirmations, invoices, and membership notices.
Text messages. Reply STOP to any text.
Cookies and ads. Use the controls in Section 4.
Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, provide a copy in a portable format, delete it, or tell you which third parties we have disclosed it to. We extend these choices to all customers, whether or not a specific state law requires it. Some information must be kept for legal, tax, warranty, or safety reasons; if we cannot fully honor a request, we will explain why.
How to make a request. Email mail@callthetiger.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, call (952) 942-5748, or write to us at the address at the end of this policy. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide with our records. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf if you give us written permission. We respond within 45 days; if a request is unusually complex we may take up to 45 additional days and will tell you if so. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response and asking for a review. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office.
No retaliation. We will not deny service or charge different prices because you exercised your privacy rights.
Minnesota residents. The Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act applies to businesses that process the personal data of 100,000 or more consumers a year, or that earn more than 25% of their revenue from selling personal data and process the data of 25,000 or more consumers; it exempts small businesses as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration. We believe we are not a covered business, but we honor the requests above regardless, and we will never sell sensitive personal data without consent.
