Accessibility Statement

Our standard

We design and maintain this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our target. Among other things, we work to provide:

• text alternatives for meaningful images;
• headings, labels, and link text that make sense out of context;
• full keyboard access to menus, forms, and buttons, with a visible focus indicator;
• sufficient color contrast and layouts that work when text is enlarged;
• forms with clear labels and error messages; and
• captions or transcripts for videos we produce.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the site as we add pages and features, and we fix issues as we find them. Some content provided by third parties, such as embedded review feeds, maps, scheduling tools, and our financing partner’s application, may not fully meet our standard; we choose vendors with accessibility in mind and pass along the problems we hear about.
