Membership offerings can change. Tiger will confirm each of these details with you before enrollment so the written program and your expectations match.
The Membership Terms are the controlling document for these plans and benefits.
- Monthly plan
- $16.50 per month, automatically debited from your bank account (ACH). Continues month to month until you cancel.
- Quarterly plan
- $60 every three months, automatically charged to your credit or debit card. Renews every quarter until you cancel.
- Annual plan
- $297 paid up front for 12 months. Does not renew automatically; we will invite you to re-enroll before it ends.
- What you get each membership year
- One visual plumbing inspection (with a tanked water heater flush when appropriate), one air-conditioning tune-up in spring, one heating tune-up in fall, 5% off qualifying equipment, 15% off qualifying repairs and parts, priority scheduling, and a reduced $99 member dispatch fee

Which home systems does Tiger service?
The membership covers one residential property, its primary heating system and primary cooling system, and its plumbing. Each membership year includes one visual plumbing inspection (with a tanked water heater flush when appropriate), one air-conditioning tune-up in spring, and one heating tune-up in fall. How do I confirm what my membership includes?
Review the Membership Termsfor the included visits, discounts, billing, renewal, and cancellation rules. Monthly bank-debit and quarterly card plans continue until you cancel; the annual plan does not renew automatically. Tiger confirms the current written terms with you before enrollment.
